I take it u mean Regs. book? Jeff,
If so don't think you can down load, if poss. it would be from IEE (now called IET) site,
www.the iet.org. I think,
If you are having to purchase book rather than download get it direct from IET rather than a book store as you will then be on their mail list for couses info etc, b4 anyone else.
