the black rubber seals - between the glass and upvc - are deteriating on some of my windows, probably due to condensation and age. Can these be changed, and if so, how?
first take a section of rubber out and get the exact match glazing companys will help.
use a stanley knive in the corner of the seal and pry out you will then be able to pull it straight out of the rebate
