We had our windows done in 2003 by Elite windows eccles, after they put the windows in the brickword between the two bays began to crack, I got the window company to come out and they told me I had to get in touch with the insurance company who then sent me back to the window company because it was their fault. I have never had any joy from either of them and the crack which is like a set of steps is getting bigger and I have water that keeps dripping over the top of the bay. Can anyone help, is the window company liable to put this right or do we have to pay out to have this fixed.

But before you do check window for level if its out,make a note of any movement.
You have a legal right to sue for damages and if you are afraid of confronting the firm take a friend with you.
Also take photos of all the cracks ,make notes of all telephone calls.
