Removing metal plasterboard rawl plugs

by sopes » Thu Apr 17, 2008 12:03 pm

I've just moved into a house where the previous occupiers had a slight obsession with metal plasterboard rawl plugs - the sort that cover a good square cm both sides. I say slight obsession, there must be about 100 in here! Not sure of the best way to remove them, guess I'll have to rip them out and fill the multitude of holes, but if anyone has a better suggestion I'd be much obliged!

Hi, if they are type that expand and grip inside the stud work behind the board. I'd recommend that instead of ripping them out you pushed them into wall as it will create less damage to board.
