Hi there i need to re-route some guttering that is currently just running onto a flat roof so i wanted to re-route it but my nearest rain hopper is for kitchen sink waste.
Am i allowed to run the pipework to this as otherwise it would not be possible?

Yes you can route your rainwater into your kichen(foul) drain The other way round you can't ie foul into a rainwater only drain
