Sound Proofing Information, help and solutions to many issues encountered when converting barns and older buildings

Hey,

I'm real new around here to be gentle!!!

I've recently begun to convert my barn, at the moment it's still looking quite rusty (and so am I LOL!!!) but I am really keen to sound proof it.
I will be making quite a lot of noise in there and I would be very embarraessed if I thought anyone could hear me making the noise, so it really is a must.

any tips at all will be recieved gushingly.
