boiler training courses All aspects of plumbing questions and answers, help, tips and information

hi everyone just wondering if i wud be allowed to attend the boiler training courses that they do at some colleges or wat the boiler manufacturers put on i have a nvq level 1' 2 'and 3 but unfortunately wasnt employed by a corgi reg. company so cudnt take my acs exam altho i av trained on gas but only in college classrooms but most faults on boilers dont include having to work on gas so can i legally attend a boiler course has i want to learn more just 4 my own interest i also hav my water regs. and unvented hot water certificate as well dont know if that makes a difference ? hope someone knows the answer cheers bazza

They only offer the training courses, if they think you are going to repair and install their boilers, if they make a good impression, you know their boilers and you recommend, install and repair them - they'll be making money.

If you can't legally work on gas there's no point in them training you as what benefits will they get ? it costs them to run the courses.

Try and get through your gas assessments - it's worth it.
