hi,we have been having a problem for some time now with our shower hot water & hot water from the taps upstairs & down,we have a baxi combination boiler.What,s happening is the thermo will heat the water up(about 10 seconds),then it will go stone cold,the thermo kicks in again for about 10,then shuts itself off,please help!!!!

Renew HW sensor, still no luck, you need an engineer to check gas pressures and to check for blockages in the heat-exchangers.
