Hi, im in the process of getting quotes for a flat roof balcony i have. I have quotes for the newer epdm rubber system which has a 20 year guarentee and am pleasently supprised. I am also getting quotes for felt which is what is on the roof at the moment. does anyone know which is best or have experiance with either. all opinons welcome, excuse the spelling!

Cheers, Ryan

i have installed epdm and i would say its what you need one question this balcony do you walk on it and if so how often
it is designed to be walked on but not for heavy foot traffic

Take a look a fibreglass, this is very strong, wears well, can be repaired easily, to my mind this is the best covering you can buy.

We install a composite roofing material very very similar to glassfibre - 20 year g'tee, will take foot traffic or even tiles if need be. A fantastic product !!
