Just fitted new vessel sink in Bathroom. Drains are all clear . But I have fitted a bottle trap to the sink and it drains incredibly slowly. Strangely, if you leave a tap running for a while the sink fills up and then seems to build up momentum and wooshes down the drain no problem. Could it be a vaccum problem? Would using a u bend instead of bottle trap fix this? If not, what would?
