Fixing to hollow walls with metal studs

Post by Louise28 » Thu Aug 21, 2008 1:58 pm

I live in a new build flat (built in 2007) with hollow walls with what I have been told are metal studs. I want to fix a large, heavy oak framed mirror to the wall but am not sure how to do this. I have been told to locate the studs and then fix a baton but can you screw into metal studs?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks.
