ive got central heating run by an oil boiler,the pump on the boiler is set at 3,The problem is when the heating comes on, the water in the tank doesnt get hot, The top pipe leading into the tank is not hot,but the middle pipe and the bottom pipe are,when i turn off all the raditors all the pipes get hot and theres hot water, has anybody any ideas thanks.
