connection to sewer system

by agulabakh » Sun Sep 07, 2008 11:50 pm

I have bought a bungalow which was used as a workshop by previous owner and dose not have toilet. I can not find any manhole or anything to indicate the location of the sewer pipes. How can I find or get the drawings for the sewer pipes? Contacted council and was told the drawing is not in public domain. Two plumbers seen it and can not find the location of sewer pipes. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

contact a drain clear survey company, which uses a fibre optic camera to check for drainage conditions they will supply a comprehensive survey of any problems and locations of any hidden manholes.
I dont know the exact costing £300 approx but it is well worth it.
