hi i was looking at instaling a shower but i have a baxi back boiler.
i was wondering if i could just tee off the bath pipes and form a shower head but dont know if there would be enough hot water pressure because the cold water is very strong.
any sugestions are welcome

No, unfortunately you cannot simply tee of the bath taps to supply a shower. Mixer showers need dedicated hot and cold supplies directly from the header tank for the cold, and the cylinder for the hot. This ensures a equal feed pressure of both hot and cold supplies.

Having said that, Bristan make mixer shower that can work from unequal pressures by fitting flow reducers, but you would still need a direct feed off an Ess-ex flange (can't say the county as one word as it gets deleted) fitted to the DHW cylinder.

alternatively you could just chage the taps for one with a shower head as well. Such as this bad boy:

Or you could go electric and tee off the rising main in the loft before the CW header tank and pass the pipe through the ceiling to the shower room and into the new electric shower..... plumbing wise very easy, electric wise you will need a part p reg'd professional.
