No, unfortunately you cannot simply tee of the bath taps to supply a shower. Mixer showers need dedicated hot and cold supplies directly from the header tank for the cold, and the cylinder for the hot. This ensures a equal feed pressure of both hot and cold supplies.
Having said that, Bristan make mixer shower that can work from unequal pressures by fitting flow reducers, but you would still need a direct feed off an Ess-ex flange (can't say the county as one word as it gets deleted) fitted to the DHW cylinder.
