macerator not taking water from shower Drainage and wastage systems and plumbing help, advice and answers

hi,bought macerator to take waste and water from wc, sink and shower, installed to manufacturers instructions but waste is returning back up drain pipe from showwer tray, macerator was a new one from plumbworld called a hydrolux which should take up to 4 items into it, any ideas. :evil:

Does the instructions advise fitting Non-return valves to the waste pipes ? if not is an option that will probably solve the problems.

Alternatively if you 100% sure it is fitted correctly, get the manufacturers out - as it is under warranty.

Has the shower waste got a fall on the pipe run into the macerator , you might have to raise the incline a bit more to stop the run back.
