Flue Regulations again

Hi all

What is the minimum distance for a Flue from the side of an airbrick and also the Min distance to the boundry fence, The Boiler is a Vokera Mynute 25HE

As I said before 300mm minimum from an airbrick (fanned draught appliance)

From a surface facing a terminal is minimum is 1200mm, but should not discharge products of combustion across adjoining boundaries.
