i have a brugman radiator which will not get hot approx 4 years old the central heating has been off for the summer now we have switched on all the radiators work except the one mentioned above in our front room,have tryed bleeding it no air visible,have noticed that the pipe below the thermostat valve is cold , pipe under shield valve is hot have checked the thermostat valve found pin was stuck down, freed off but still cannot get pipe below valve to heat up please help

Seems as if the TRV has seized shut. Just because you have pulled the pin up does not mean the valve inside has opened.
