Kitchen was replastered about 2 months ago. Part of it is perfect when painted with emulsion paint but in some areas there are swirls shining through and no matter how many thin coats of emulsion I apply it doesn't seem to cover the plaster. Builder says it is fine. It is not. Can anyone help and tell me? Iis it because the wall is still drying out or is it pva or rendering that is coming through?
