Our new gas boiler is 14 months old.Now ,sometimes,when the hot water comes on + heating is switched off, the pipes leading to the upstairs rads get hot ( have TRV rad valves ),+ sometimes the rads themselves get hot for a few minutes. No pattern as to when it happens. Does it matter ? Is it a big job/expensive to put right ?

Greenstar Ri RSF Condensing boiler , Worc. Bosch 18 RJ, + new 16 x 42 indirect cylider (not a combi boiler ).Rads + rad valves are not new.Having a room thermo. in the hall downstairs,additionally to rad valves, IS new. What other details requ'd ?
