When we first purchased our house we had a coal fire. We then went on to have a gas fire fitted. Due to the price of gas we are now thinking of having a coal/wood burner. If this is the case, will we need to have a chimney liner before this is fitted.

It would be recomended to fit a chimney liner after the chimney has been swept :)
