Hi All
I am currently insulating the loft in my 1930s semi. The problem is that the slope of the roof is such that the ceiling next to the external wall curves down. I addition, the soffit is angled upwards back towards the house instead of being horizontal. The space left at the eaves in the loft is pretty tight and plunges down towards the soffit. I plan to put soffit vents inbetween each rafter but I dont know what to do in the confined space so as not to leave the curved ceiling area cold and inclined to condensation.
Any body had any experience of insulating in this scenario so that the insulation/ventilation/non-condensation is maintained to a reasonable degree.
Thanks in advance for any feedback
