if you are laying for foot trafic only then you will be ok. if you are layiny for a car then you real need too take the lot up or dig one small hole and check you have at least 100mm of packed down hardcore under your concret. if it is for a car and you have any cracks or dips or hollows then be safe and take the lot up or it will cost you later
