Hi all
I have just had a new Vailant condensing gas boiler fitted. It has been installed upstairs in the airing cupboard, along with a new water cylinder.I was told I did not need any external ventilation to the cupboard (other than the flue)as the boiler is fully sealed. The question is, do I still need the two air bricks in the kitchen, that were (I believe) originally fitted to provide ventilation to the old boiler, which was located downstairs in the kitchen? The bricks cause one hell of a draught, and if I do not need them I would like to block them up!
Many thanks
Andy
