Quotes depend on a lot of factors, not least how busy the company quoting is. Busy firms will inflate prices a little but its only good firms that are busy all the time. Cheap firms may use unqualified labour to stay cheap or they may simply have less overheads....What we are trying to say is that there is no way you can choose a contractor (especially via a forum) using price alone. Contact some of their respective customers (simply ask them for a local list. If they cannot give you any previous customers, dont use them) and talk to them about the performance of the company. Go and look at their work and see if it puddles in the rain or has lost its composition. You are spending a lot of money and the only person who can make a decision on your job is you so investigate them all thoroughly and don't make a decision based on price.
