laying floorboards, glue

by russellmre » Wed Nov 26, 2008 1:36 pm

I'm planning to lay floorboards in a first-floor room, using glue to stick them to a screeded floor. The glue was supplied with the floorboards which have the usual tongue and groove. My question is, should the floorboards be glued to each other as well as to the floor? Or is it enough just to apply the glue to the floor and press the floorboards onto the floor?
Thanks for your help!
