Hot water is not hot

by pani » Wed Nov 26, 2008 10:55 am

Hi,
For the pass couple of weeks the water doesn’t get heated up, it only becomes slightly warm or sometimes just stays cold. But after couple of hours it will be back to normal. But since Monday this week, the water has not heated up at all. It stays below the warm level, that I can't even take my shower at all. But the central heating is working fine. The water supply is like that in the kitchen too. We checked the boiler couple of times, but nothing seems to be wrong on it, in fact we can see the fire being lid when we turn the hot water tap. But again, this morning, the hot water worked for an hour before it started to run cold again.
Also, we just installed a new BIASI Combi Boiler in April. Please help!
Thank you in advance.

boiler will be under warranty, call back the engineer... likely the divertor.

hi
i think the obvious thing is to call the installer/manufacture as it must still be under guarantee
