zone 1 fan

by L&A » Thu Nov 20, 2008 10:06 pm

Hi. I am experiencing excessive condensation on the toilet cistern, it is a small bathroom and I am going to line the cistern; but I am wondering if there is an extractor fan that I can set in the ceiling in zone 1 - I believe that is the right name. Anyway it's above the bath! thanks.

hi, yes there is. its suitable for shower cubicals. you could even connect it via a humidistat.
also if your bathroom is excessively warm and you are able to reduce temp, particually when you are not using it, you may dramatically reduce the problem. mains fed cisterns or well lagged storage tanks are the worst culprits
