I have a problem with grease oozing out of an old kitchen ceiling even though I have thoroughly washed it with sugarsoap and when it is dry it looks ok, however once emulsion is applied it dries with tiny globules of wet grease once again, it is as though the paint is drawing the grease out. Any suggestions
