Hi,
I'm replacing a mono block kitchen mixer tap.
Ive looked at the project at:
https://www.diydoctor.org.uk/projects/monoblock.htm
My taps are very similar to those in the 3rd & 4th image, but...
the pipes from the bottom of the tap are Parallel to each other, ie
...there's no space at the ends, to fit a compression to, because they are touching each other!
My pipes are reduced down twice from the 15mm ends to the much smaller ends that screws into the tap, so it's difficult to know how these can be bent apart...
WITHOUT damaging them !
Any advice please !
NB:
1: Is it possible & advisable to use flexible pipes on taps ?
2: And can you get flexible tubing that will screw into the base of the tap, instead of using the copper pipes supplied ?
The 4th image seems to suggest this ?
Thanks
