Depends on the type of radiator.
If it is one of the cheap ones where you cant remove the whole bleed assembly you are stuck.
You can try a self tapping screw with ptfe tape as a temporary measure but it is certainly not guaranteed to not leak and the radiator will need replacing.
If you have a better radiator where you can replace the assembly, then the solution is easy - replace it!
Other than this there really are no other options...... although you could try filing a slot in the rounded off nipple so you can fit a flathead screw driver blade in it instead.
I ended up replacing the rad!!
