Trident Reality gas fire not lighting Information, help and advice on many gas related subjects from gas fires to domestic appliances

Both the pilot light is lighting and the fan is working OK but the fire won't light on either the high or low selection.

I have also cleaned all areas.

What is the likely problem?

The problem is, is you need an RGI to sort it, so please ring one!!
