Concrete or suspended floor........

by Scatty » Sat Dec 20, 2008 7:29 pm

I'm having a new single storey extension built at the side of my house and I'm curious as to why builders are all suggesting a concrete floor. Is there a reason why?

Can someone enlighten me?

Scatty,
Quicker and cheaper but may need ducts if adjoining floors are suspended.
