Blown light??

by antstar » Sun Mar 11, 2007 8:42 am

Hi, I recently replaced a bedroom light, it worked fine for a while and then I heard a 'popping' noise which tripped the fuse box. When I put the switch back on the light wouldn't turn on. Assuming it was a problem with the new light I put the old one back on, now not even this one turns on, (all other lights upstairs still work) can anyone help? Would be much appreciated!

Check to see if the light is spurred off from another circuit and therefore will probably have its own fuse in a spurred connection unit which has probably blown.

Hope this helps
