no water upstairs

could somebody help with this please,i have no running water upstairs in taps or toilet syetem. i have water downstairs cold only,it sounds like to me that the cold feed isnt filling the tank up. could i do something to sort this out or does it sound like a big job?

Go into your loft and see if the ballvalve on your cold water tank (the larger one of two) has got stuck.

Hi
we have had the same problem as you and to fix it you must partly open all the top hot taps to the highest floor to let out the air when the water starts to run in the bath slightly open the sink tap at the same time to let out the air.
Keep the top hot taps slightly turned on until the air disperses.
