How to project manage an extension Information, help and advice on many architecture, self build and design problems and issues

Can anyone guide me in the correct way to project manage a relatively small home extension for an en-suite bathroom
The quotes ive got so far are farcical, so i was thinking that if i contracted individually it may help reduce costs.
I already have architect plans drawn up.
