Slate fire place restoration

by Bigdc » Mon Jun 02, 2008 3:25 pm

Please can anyone help!

I have just striped my slate fire place of gloss paint with nitromors and then as suggested rubbed it down with boiled linseed oil witch has brought it up to a nice glossy sheen. However there are quite a few dull patches and grey marks that I cant get out, does anyone know of any way of sorting this out or any products about that will bring it up to a uniformed finish.

Cheers
