I yesterday replaced the on/off cord ceiling switch for my shower, the light on the switch goes on/off when the cord is pulled but when the switch is on the shower doesn’t get any power when its on?

Hi, when you forced those large wires back into the tiny switch box by winding the fixing screws in whilst pushing like mad one of them came loose! Wannabet!
Horrible things shower pull switches, never enough room!
switch off at mains & have a look,
