need to remove and refit upvc double glazed window

how easy is it to remove a window and then refit it? i need to remove window to have sofa fit in can this be done or will i need a professional? and if so is it an expensive job?

karen,its quite easy ,but i would suggest maybe a window fitter if your not sure.Dont go to a large company they will charge you too much.there might be someone in the trade that would do it on the side.charge £50-£100.
