Wet roof tiles

by franda25 » Sun Oct 05, 2008 4:07 pm

I need some advice regarding my roof. As It has been raining quite heavily to day I thought I would go in the loft and have a look at the state of the tiles (the house was built in the late 30s). I have noticed that a lot of the tiles have wet patches although not necessary cracked. Does that mean that I need a new roof?
