SUSPENDED FLOOR DRAUGHTS

by RUSSELL » Fri Jan 30, 2009 12:03 pm

Hi I've got a suspended floor and have a very cold house I have found that the draught is coming from the floor and around the skirting boards, from reading other posts I understand I cannot cover the air bricks ( I can understand why by the previous questions/answers) but what can I use to seal the gaps is silicone the best thing to use but would that show up on the stained floor too much or is there anything else out there that would not show up as much?
Thanks
Russ

See our DIY Projects section and look for filling gaps in floorboards
