Hello,
I want to fit stop valves to the sink, bath and toilet in my upstairs bathroom. Going to fit a new suite in the summer and would like these in place first.
I have a combi boiler. Would the procedure be ; turn of water from the main inlet, turn off boiler, drain taps in bathroom and fit the valves?
I'm a bit wary of causing an airlock in the system. Once the valves are fitted would i then turn on water, turn on boiler, leave the taps open to let the water flow or would I keep the taps shut to let the water flow through the system befor opening?
Thanks for any help.
