ok due to settlement my house has a 4" drop across 4.25mtrs

im laying a new concrete floor but due to the drop it means one end will be 4" above the original blue brick dpc.

now i have already dug out laid a new base, dpm and insulation ready for the concrete but should i worry about the dpc level?
