concrete sections/slats fence

by BRIDGY » Mon Feb 23, 2009 3:34 pm

How do i tell if neighbours fence is on my garden or have they stayed on their own land, its just a 4ft fence made of concrete i need to extend the height for security reasons but as they have built there brick workshop and conservatory on to the boundary the fence position leaves no room for my new fence I would have to buy concrete slats to extend his fence ? :( :(

BRIDGY,
You need to get hold of your deeds and see if there is a decent plan with them. Generally they are absolutely useless because the lines showing you boundary will represent a 0.5m width. Be careful about doing anything with the fence if it is not yours - my advice don't touch it.

hi

Sounds like you need concrete gravel boards just measure
the existing concrete boards and any decent DIY store will stock them.
