TOWEL LEAKING HOW TO REPAIR IT

HI MY TOWEL RAIL IS LEAKING HOW DO I STOP IT .HOW DO I FIX IT I NEED A JANET AND JOHN LANGUAGE PLEASE AS I HAVENT GOT A CLUE,IE HOW DO I GET THE WATER OUT , CAN I JUST ISOLATE THE TOWEL RAIL OR DO I HAVE TO SWITCH EVERYTHING OFF. PLEASE HELP AS IM USING A BUCKET

Shut both the valves now. That will isolate it from the rest of the system unless the leak is at the valve itself. Now you only have to worry about the remaining water in the towel rail.

Where is it leaking from?
