When installing additional lights and fans plus isolators to an existing circuit does the whole circuit need r.c.d protection? Also main bonds to gas and water are a must but does the main earth to the old fuse board need upgrading if it is not 16mm?
I'd say all updated circuits should now have RCD protection and why do you think your main earth bonding should be 16mm, what earthing arrangement have you got?
