[b]A shoddy builder has laid ceramic tiles in my outdoor porch and left grout all over the surface of the tiles and will not come back to finish the job.
I have tried pressure washing twice and even sandpaper, but it will not come off.

Can anyone advise what to do to remove this grout ?

Very hot (even boiling) water, touch of washing up liquid and one of those green pan scourers.
