Hi,
Just put the house on the market and had a survey come back that showed some damp. Although we are on the ground floor we know that it is not external as the outside and inside walls are sound. The cellar is also dry. The problem I think may be an internal shower room. They are sending out a specialist to have a look at it. The internal shower rooms extractor fan has been broken for the last year. There is no sign of Mould and just a slight damp smell. I think that some water has seaped into the floor tiles and this may be the problem. What are they likely to come back with and ask us to fix.
Thanks for any help,
Gareth.
