Saniflo systems

by alldaysmith » Fri May 01, 2009 10:54 am

I'm currently building a downstairs cloakroom at the front of my house, my waste pipe is at the back. I am hoping to use a saniflo system. The pipe from the toilet will have to travel upwards by 1.90metres, then horizontally by 9 metres total (turning two corners). Does anyone know if a saniflo will satisfy this requirement (it will only be an occasional toilet)
Thanks

Hi, i would check the instructions for that particular saniflow as to how high you can pump the watse. make sure you use sweep bends for the 2 corners and all should be well.

Talk to Saniflo. They'll be saying it will satsify your requirement. Dont forget the fall on the horizontal run.

The manufacturers instructions will tell you exactly what pipe size, lengths and number of bends would be acceptable.

If you get the model of the macerator you're planning on buying, you may be able to download the instructions.
