Small section on concret has broken away from timber uprights supporting porch, post have concrete forming a 'collar' around the base of the supports. can i get a adhesive that will bind concrete?
PVA will stick new concrete to old hard concrete. Just mix the PVA with water as instructions on the container and paint it onto the old concrete. Put the new concrete against the wet PVA and it will stick
