Air Bricks in house

by fcwoods99 » Sat May 09, 2009 7:27 pm

I know over the years ground level has been lifted on my house and needs lowering !
At the moment my ground level around the back of the house is 3inch above air bricks !
How far below air brick should ground level be ?

fcwoods99,
The ground level should be at least 2 courses below the DPC level, If the air bricks were installed correctly they should then be above ground level.
end

I've just given fundamentally the same answer in your other thread without realising you had created two. One thread is normally enough for each problem.

Cheers
